    Player Review

Villarreal had a great day at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in CA on October 28, 2018. Thick and powerful Long Snapper that snaps a very smooth ball. Form is good and he is using all of his body really well. When he drives his eyes/head through with full speed, the ball is extremely fast and can dip into the low .7s. Ball is tight and easy to catch. Accuracy is solid and his RSI continues to improve with each and every camp. The more he increases his athleticism, the higher up the rankings he goes. Great upside. Good moving towards great very quickly. Keep an eye on Villarreal at VEGAS XXXIII in January.

Villarreal was solid at the summer camp in CA and Underclassmen Invitational. Big and strong Long Snapper that seems to getting bigger by the hour. Ball can be very powerful when it gets back to the punter. Ball is hovering in the low .8s to high .7s. Extending the ball out a bit more and locking down his spiral will greatly increase the speed of the ball and make it much easier to catch for the punter. Need to see a bit of increase in his athleticism by the fall camp in CA. Definitely should be shooting for TOP 12.

Villarreal did very well at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in CA on March 4th, 2018. Smooth Long Snapper that snaps a very catchable ball. Did well with pressure situations. Need to see Villarreal snap with full power and confidence at all times. He can easily, and I mean EASILY, hit in the .7s when he just lets the ball fly out of his hands and drives his head through. When he gets his head going back to the punter and not up, he snaps an absolute laser to the punter. He can be great, I know it and I need Villarreal to know it as well. Athleticism will be a major thing I am looking for at VEGAS XXXII in May. Keep an eye on him for a TOP 12 Camp shot.

Villarreal was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. Smooth Long Snapper with a really tight spiral that makes his ball extremely easy to catch. His punter and/or holder will love him at any level. Like to see Villarreal really focus on getting his eyes and head through to increase his overall accuracy and speed. Having someone push down on the upper part of his upper back will help a ton to get this process moving. Great, and I mean great, upside. Keep a very close eye on him over the next couple of months.

Villareal did extremely well at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in CA on October 29, 2017. He is growing quickly and he has put on some good size over the past year. Form is good and he is snapping with some solid power. He hovered sub .80 throughout the entire day and can easily snap a college level ball when he lets the ball fly out of his hands. Love how he is using his whole body and if he can get his eyes through quicker, his accuracy will be on point to raise his RSI and get him into the finals at VEGAS XXXI in January. Villareal is good and headed towards greatness if he keeps focused on increasing his overall athleticism.
