    Player Review
Ethan showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX EVENT on January 14-15, 2017. He is VERY long and has a frame that can easily put on about forty pounds over the next couple of years. A college strength coach is going to love molding his long body into a major college athlete. Ball is smooth and he hits in The Rubio Zone quite often. Ethan does an excellent job of reaching through to the punter. He practically hands the ball to the punter. Love to see him focus on getting his legs fully involved to gain more speed on the ball. With his length and starting form, he could easily be in the low .7s by VEGAS 30. Tons of upside on Ethan.
    Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .90
    VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.42
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 24.00

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
