Player Review
Sage did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. Moved pretty darn well on his feet and was impressive with the quickness of his hands. Ball really jumped back to the punter. I would actually like to see him get more set so he can improve his accuracy, consistency and speed. No need for Sage to rush the process and let himelf get fully set so he doesn't adjust his form and snapping motion. When he gets set, Sage simply doesn't miss. Really smart Long Snapper that studies the position and you can tell is truly listening when you speak to him. Coachable is an understatement. Kid is a sponge. Very smooth Long Snapper that is always improving. Huge jump in the rankings and well deserved.
Accomplishments
RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
