    Player Review
Frank showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. He moves well on his feet and has good balance throughout his snapping and agility. Love to see him continue to put on some weight and muscle to make him able to withstand a major college rush. Snapping motion is good and he is using his body well. Frank can pick up some speed on the ball by widening out just a tad to ensure he is able to get his upper body through more. Also, not fidgeting with his hands so much prior to the snap will lock down his spiral which will also increase his speed....all of this will push his RSI up at VEGAS 30 in May. Excited to see his progress this spring in GA. Good attitude.
    Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .88
    VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.52
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 23.53

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
