Player Review
Walsh was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. Smooth Long Snapper with consistent speeds in the mid .8s. Making sure he gets fully set with his butt down will really help Walsh get some more speed on the ball. Also, driving with his elbows and locking down his timing will help with speed as well. Right now, his arms are a bit quicker than his legs and that will play with the onsistnecy of his speed and some of his accuracy. Upside is very good on Walsh and the timing issue is an easy fix with a big payoff. Increasing his athleticism will push him way up the rankings as well. Good potential.Walsh did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping Summer Camp in IL on July 13, 2017. Starting form is very good and he is using his whole body well to get some decent speed on the ball. Really trusting his form will help to gain more speed on the ball and get him under .80 by the fall camp in OH and definitely by VEGAS XXXI. His accuracy is very solid and I love he improved his overall RSI so much in just a short amount of time. Improving his overall athleticism will definitely move him up the rankings this fall. Keep an eye on Walsh.
