Player Review
Cullen was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. He is a big and strong Long Snapper with great starting form and good use of his body. Moves pretty decent through the agility section as he shows some quick feet. Need to see Cullen focus on not tapping the ball before the snap as that will play with his oveall accuracy and speed. If Cullen can get his snap speeds under .80 he will move way up the rankings. I know he can do it with leading his elbows a bit more to create more whip. Cullen has some good potential. Nice, big jump in the rankings and I am excited to see him this spring at VEGAS XXXII.
