    Player Review
Springer was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. When he is on, he is very, very on. His accuray is incredible (look at his RSI!!!) and he is one of the most consistent Long Snappers in the country. Snapping with confidence is going to be a huge thing for Springer as I know he can snap at the next level and I need him to know that as well. Snapping with full power will easily get his snap speeds under .75 on a very consistent basis. Really driving his eyes through and focusing on the snap, and only the snap, will help him out a ton with more accuracy and speed. Little tiny tweeks will be huge for Springer.

Springer did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in NC on November 19, 2017. Made it all the way to the finals and scored the highest RSI of the day with a score that was over 50! Springer has excellent accuracy and quickness on his snap. He gets his hands on the ball and then all of a sudden, BOOM!, the ball explodes back to the punter. Love how quickly his ball gets to five yards back on it’s way back to the punter. Need to see Springer focus on getting fully set to increase his overall speed and become more consistent. Getting set is going to help a ton to increase the consistency of his snapping motion which will lead to more consistent overall snap speeds. I know Springer can be consistently under .75 and I am fully expecting it at VEGAS XXXI.
