    Player Review
Becker did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. His hands are like rockets and the ball flies out of the gate. Almost hard to time Becker as his hands are so darn quick. Love to see him lead with his elbows a bit more to create more whip and speed on the ball to raise his RSI up at VEGAS 30 in May. Athletically, he moves well and can easily be a factor on punt coverage. Consistency of speed will be the big thing I am watching for in May to get him a spot at the TOP 12 Camp in May. TONS of upside. Becker is very good.
    Accomplishments

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.

    2017 GA Fall Camp RSI:3.30

VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .84
    VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.22
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 9.41

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.
