I was VERY impressed with Twining at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp on October 30, 2016. He is a long athlete that moves well on his feet. Love to see him throw on some weight over the next couple of months to make him pass the eyeball test a bit quicker for a college coach. Also, getting back up after the snap faster will help with blocking and being a part of the punt protection team. Really liked his improvement and he is rewarded with a massive jump in the rankings. Twining is definitely one to watch at VEGAS XXIX.
