Player Review

Justyce was impressive at VEGAS XXIX on January 14-15, 2017. He is a large man with good power and solid form. He is really starting to use his whole body well. Love to see him focus on making sure he is making his body going back instead of up and then back. Focusing on just the snap will help as well if someone is rushing him. Increasing his athleticism will push him way up the rankings as well. Very good upside on Justyce. Love his attitude.

Justyce did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in TX on December 4th, 2016. He has a great frame and his balance is solid. Love his attitude and he is always improving. Sky is the limit for Justyce. Needs to make sure he is extending the ball in front of him a bit more to ensure he gets more whip and speed on the ball. If he can get under .75 consistently at VEGAS XXIX, which I know he can easily do, he could easily be a 5 Star Rubio Long Snapper. Tremendous upside.

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
