    Player Review
Jack did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. He is a big and thick Long Snapper with good power throughout his body. He can really increase his accuracy and speed by making sure his eyes get through quickly to the punter. This will boost the entire snapping motion and crank up his RSI at VEGAS 30. His follow through is excellent as he practically hands the ball to his punter. Jack's a very smooth Long Snapper that has a legit shot at the TOP 12 Camp in May with a slight increase in his speed on the ball and on his feet. POTENTIAL.
    Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .83 VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.58 VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 27.16 All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality. RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
