Player Review

Frank had a great three days at the TOP 12 Camp in CA. He showed good athleticism, was powerul on his feet and has good balance. Frank was snapping the ball hard and I liked how intense he was yet still having a good time over the three day camp. His hands are quick and he can easily snap the ball under .75 at 15 yards. When he drives his elbows through, Frank can even get into the .6s. Blocks well and was impressive.
