Player ReviewJude did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in IL on April 23, 2017. He is strong, powerful and snaps a quick ball. Getting his spiral locked down at VEGAS 30 is going to be huge for him. Ball is fast but if the spiral is off, the punter's will have some issues handling it. I love this kids attitude and upside. He could easily find himself on the TOP 12 Camp roster with a good outing in VEGAS
Jude had a fantastic day at the NJ Spring Camp on April 9th, 2017. Very muscular and athletic snapper with tons of confidence in his ability. Snaps an absolute rocket back to the punter and very rarely misses. Very little to say about what is wrong with his form or ability. Kid is an absolute machine and with a strong showing in Vegas 30, could jump up the ranks very quickly.
Jude continues to impress me and didn't let up at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in IL on July 9, 2016. He can pass an eyeball test quickly and is snapping with a great deal of confidence. The upside on this kid is off the charts and he could make the TOP 12 in January if he continues to snap well. Overall accuracy and consistency is what I will be focused on seeing at VEGAS XXIX. He needs to know he can be one of the greats.
Jude was a machine at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXVIII Event on May 21-22, 2016 and actually ended up winning the whole thing as a FRESHMAN!!! Needless to say, that is the first time that has ever happened. He handles pressure extremely well and can dominate a competition....obviously. He has very good size and speed for his age. Ball is solid and on target. He is flat out good and will be even better once he moves a bit lower. Keep a very close eye on Jude over this next year.
