    Player Review
Cameron showed me some good things at VEGAS XXIX on January 14-15, 2017. He is built long and has a frame that can easily put on some good weight over the next couple of years. Upside is very strong on Cameron. Moves really well on his feet and is definitely an athlete that will have an impact on the punt coverage team in college. Like to see him focus on making sure he is not dipping his shoulder when snapping punts and that he gets through evenly at all times to increase his accuracy and consistency. Potential.
    Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .86
    VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 4.94
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 12.50

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
