Player Review
Harper was solid at VEGAS XXXII. I enjoy his overall attitude and the kid works hard. He is one of those Long Snappers that is always improving and will continue to do so in college. Good accuracy and consistency with solid speeds. Harper can dip into the .7s when he extends the ball out a bit more and really whips his elbows through to the punter. Improving his overall athleticism will really push him up the rankings. Kid has potential and can easily do this at the next level.
Accomplishments
RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
