Joe showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in NC on July 11, 2016. He is built well and has very good upper body strength. Hands are extremely powerful. Overall form is solid and he is using his whole body well. Moves like an athlete. Love to see him make sure he gets fully set and locks down his accuracy and consistency. Tends to rush the process and that will play with his consistency. Need to see him snapping CONSISTENTLY under .8 by VEGAS XXIX, if not sooner. He has enough power to EASILY make that happen and it is just about it happening over and over again.Joe did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXVIII Event on January 21-22, 2016. He is a strong Long Snapper with good overall form and he is using his whole body well. Love to see him focus on locking down his spiral and making sure he is bending his elbows more with the snap. Leading with his elbows will help him a ton in making sure he is creating more whip on the ball and getting well underneath .8. Kid has TONS of potential. Keep a very close eye on him over the next couple of months. He is good.
