I liked what I saw out of Norman at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXVII Event on January 21-22, 2016. Kid snaps with a lot of overall power and does a great job of following all the way through. If he can get his lower half all the way involved, he will be able to drop his speed into the .7s by XXVIII in May if not sooner. LOVE the way he snaps with power and aggression. Did well athletically over the bags on the agility section. Good attitude and upside.
