Player Review
Sorenson crushed it at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXVII Event in January of 2016. Kid passes an eyeball test from about fifty yards away and snaps with great power. Ball can fly WHEN he is snapping the ball with full power and trusting his great form. When he is on, he is snapping in the .6s. Fine tuning his release point will make him even more accurate and dominant. Great kid that can be one of the top college Long Snappers soon.Very impressed with Sorenson at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in IL. Kid can pass an eyeball test quickly and moves well on his feet. He can be a force on the punt coverage team. His upside is off the charts and if he can get everything smoothed out, he could take be in the top five in his class. I am very impressed with Sorenson and with locked down consistency, he will dominate. WATCH HIM AT VEGAS XXVII.
Sorenson did REALLY well at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in TX and is turning into one of the top overall Long Snappers in his class. KEEP A VERY CLOSE EYE ON HIM THIS FALL and at VEGAS XXVII. He could easily end up being a 5 Star Rubio Long Snapper and in the top ten of his class. Love to see him widen out a bit to make sure he gets his accuracy locked down. Speed is VERY solid and can dip into the low .6s. Trust me, WATCH HIM.
