Player Review

Dillon did well at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in TX on March 26, 2017. Body is solid and he looks the part of a college athlete. Snaps are consistently in the mid .7s and he can get them under .7 if he remembers to go straight back instead of up and then back. Starting form is good and he has good use of his legs. Snapping with more confidence and really letting the ball fly will help a ton for Dillon. I like his attitude and upside,

Dillon showed me some good things at VEGAS XXIX on January 14-15, 2017. He is a big Long Snapper that moved pretty darn well on his feet. Moved with aggression and he is athletic for his size. Definite upside athletically. Love to see him focus on leaning back and also going back instead of up, then back. This simple movement will really increase the speed of his ball and even offer more consistency. I like what I see out of Dillon and he could do well at the next level. Hard to find athleticism on kids his size that is a big plus.

Accomplishments

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times. Scoring range is 0-80 with a 60.61 being the highest recorded.
