Vines was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in NC on November 19, 2017. Big Long Snapper with size that will easily be able to stop a high level college rush at the next level. When Vines is on, he is VERY on and can crush the punter with times in the high .6s! Positive attitude and I love how he is using all of his form. The more Vines can make sure he is going straight back instead of up and back, the faster his ball will be. His hands are quick and he definitely has all of the tools to play at the next level. Increasing his overall athleticism will make him that much more valuable to a coach at the next level. Great upside.
