Tulo did well at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in IL on July 9th, 2016. He is a strong Long Snapper with a smooth snap that has a great attitude. Kid always has a smile on his face! Love to see him focus on making sure he is getting his fingers all the way through to lock down his spiral. CONSISTENCY will be a major key in moving quickly up the rankings this fall and at VEGAS XXIX. Release point and snapping with confidence will be big for Tulo.
