OFFER HIM NOW!!!Cesear is becoming a Long Snapping machine and is easily one of, if not the, most athletic Long Snappers I have ever worked with in over a decade. The kid can absolutely fly downfield and wouldn't surprise me to see him be a multiple position guy in college. Snaps are smooth and consistent with good speed. The more size he puts on, the more speed he will get on the ball. TONS and TONS of upside on this kid from So Cal. Love his attitude.
