Player Review
Javon has improved a good deal in a very short amount of time (big jump in the rankings). Starting form is very solid and he is doing a good job of getting his lower half involved in the process. Need to see him keep his weight back. Falling forward is not good for accuracy and speed. Adjusting this will help a ton. VERY good attitude and coachable. Speed of the ball will be crucial in Vegas and beyond.Javon is a Long Snapper to keep an eye on. He is just starting with Rubio Long Snapping but he is already showing good promise. Big man with good, quick hands. Needs to widen out his stance a bit to get better accuracy and balance. Once his balance is established and he is leaning back a bit more, he will need to work on locking his large legs out for more speed. Couple things to work on but he has a good attitude and listens well so I don't see them being an issue by the time I see him again this fall.
