Solid jump in the rankings for Rios after what I saw at VEGAS XXVI in Vegas. He has incredible follow through and practically hands the ball to the punter. Shows good accuracy and his hands are quick. Love to see him get his lower half fully involved for more power and speed on the ball. He could easily get into the .8s and possibly .7s by XXVII with some slow motion drills. Love his attitude.
