Billy showed me some great things at the Rubio Long Snapping Event in Las Vegas. He is a big, strong man that has quick hands. I need to see him focus on slowing down the whole process and locking his form into place. Once his form is cued up, he will be using much more of his strong legs and get more speed on the ball. Right now, he is not locking and jumping off the ground so he is taking speed of the ball immediately. Seems like a lot to fix but it can be done quickly if he works hard and smart.
