Liked what I saw out of Kemp at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in IL. He has good, athletic frame and his hands are quick when he is snapping the ball. Love to see him lean back a bit more when he is snapping to lock down his accuracy and consistency. Speed is decent and his leg pop is solid. Raising his back up a bit to eliminate the arch will really help out with speed. Good attitude and improvement.
