Definitely liked what I saw from Jared at the Rubio Long Snapping Event in Las Vegas. He is VERY strong with his upper body and really rips the ball back to the punter. If he can get his lower half involved with his snap, he would easily snap sub .70. He is built well and is impressive with his upper body pop. Keep an eye on him. Lots of potential.
