Player Review
Parker did well at the Rubio Long Snapping Event in Las Vegas. He has a good frame and is strong with his upper body. To increase speed and accuracy, I would like to see him make sure he uses all of his lower half and doesn't jump off the ground. If he keeps his feet on the ground, he will REALLY pick up some ball speed. Good attitude and he listens well.
