Good jump in the rankings for Harmon after what I saw at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in GA. He is a strong Long Snapper with very quick hands. Love to see him flatten out his back and make sure he gets his strong lower half fully involved to create more speed on the ball. As strong as he is, if he gets his lower half involved, he will crush the punter with speed. Good potential.
