Spencer showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Camp in GA. He is big, strong man with very quick hands that snaps a consistent ball. The ball is easy to catch and on target. He needs to focus on getting his large lower half involved for more speed and making sure the spiral is locked down. Getting his eyes through will help a ton. Good start.
