Harley had a GREAT day at the Rubio Long Snapping Camp in IL. He has really been working on his form and it payed off. He ended up winning the whole camp! He handles pressure very well and is accurate with his punt snaps. Hands are quick and he does a good job reaching all the way through. Need to see him get his legs a little bit more involved and the timing locked up. Great, big jump in the rankings and very well deserved.Lowering his butt will do wonders for Whitehouse. I am talking only about two more inches lower but it will really increase his speed. He is snapping with a lot of confidence right now. Big jump, again, in the rankings and well deserved. Could dominate VEGAS XXV
