Pretty impressed with Joe out at the Rubio Long Snapping Nike Summer Camp in MA. He is strong and moves well on his feet. Ball really comes out of his hands quickly. I need to him just snap the ball instead of rocking into the snapping motion. Also, I would LOVE to see him lean back more. Falling forward will be an issue with blocking and accuracy, at times. Great attitude.
