Player Review
Freeman continues to improve and do well. His performance at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in NC on March 13, 2016. Great, college frame and size. Snapping the ball in the mid .7s and will be in high .6s by start of college if he REALLY drives his head all the way through and just lets the ball fly out of his hands. He can have a tendency to look up very quickly and then go through. That will play with his speed and accuracy. Easy fix with BIG results.Freeman had a very productive weekend at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXVII Event on January 21-22, 2016. He is dripping with potential and definitely headed in the right direction. South Carolina is getting a good Long Snapper and an even better person. I believe the year of redshirting will do him well to gain some muscle and one more year of training. VERY smooth Long Snapper that rarely misses. His only fault is not snapping the ball hard enough at times. By snapping with full power and making sure he is going straight back he will always be in the .6s with his punt snaps. TREMENDOUS attitude.
