Gray is coming along nicely. He has a very good attitude and listens well. Coachable. He needs to make sure he gets set, leans back and then makes each snap the same. Issues with consistency (not having all snaps the same) have an impact on his overall speed and accuracy. Once he sticks with a certain form, retains it and then continuously uses it, he will be dominant. Solid frame. Potential.
