Gissinger came out to Vegas looking relaxed and extremely flexible. He is built very long and needs to make sure he uses his full length when snapping. Need to see him rise up to be quicker with his first motion. Gets beyond through with his upper body but needs to focus on his lower half for more speed. Good attitude. Very coachable. The slow motion drills will help a ton in making him ready for the next level. Good start.
