Joe is one of those Long Snappers that once it clicked, he would dominate. Well, it\'s clicked. He showed me great things at the Rubio Long Snapping Event in Las Vegas. He has tremendous size, a smooth, quick ball that is easy to catch and a great attitude. This kid is going to make a college very happy for the next four to five years. One of the best things about Joe is how he is always improving and never staying stagnant. Work horse. OFFER HIM NOW
