    Player Review
Spencer showed me some great form and coachability out at the Rubio Long Snapping Event in Las Vegas. He gets decent pop on his ball and his accuracy is solid. I really need him to lock down his spiral. He gets the ball back to the punter but the spiral is not perfect so it impacts the speed of the ball. Not moving his right (non-dominant) hand on the ball right when he snaps it, will be the key. Great attitude.Spencer is getting some very, very good pop and aggression out of his lower half. He is really letting the ball fly and I love that. Eyes are coming along nicely and his weight is good. His only issue is him adjusting his right (non-dominant) hand right before he snaps the ball. It is causing the ball to not spiral. He has gotten better and he is improving. Once this is fixed, he will pick up a lot of speed on the ball. Great attitude and he listens VERY well.
