Tovar is a solid Long Snapper that definitely get the ball back there. Built like brick house. No way to move him and he has good movement in his body. Uses his lower half well gets decent speed on the ball. Really needs to focus on getting set and going while not rocking into going. Set up and BOOM! Ball is gone. Hand pressure is a bit off which can cause spiral issues. Eyes are a tad slow as well which causes accuracy issues. Excellent person that listens very well.
