Player Review
Wilcox had a great camp at VEGAS XXVI in May. He was confident, comfortable and snapped with great consistency. The harder he snaps, the better he does. Great form and an even better attitude. Aggressive tackler and has quick feet. Will be an asset in the locker room in college. Coaches will depend on him.Wilcox looked very comfortable and confident at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in CA. When he is loose, he is fantastic. The less thinking he does, the better he is. Love when he drives his elbows and creates some good whip and speed on the ball. He is built thick so he will have to really make sure he stays loose and doesn't become too bulky which will slow the ball down. Great attitude.
Wilcox had a great weekend at VEGAS XXV. Easily the top attitude of the weekend but that doesn't surprise me one bit. Kid is always smiling and working his tail off to get better. He snapped very well and was full of confidence. First time I have seen him really just let the ball go and fly out of his hands and that is why he timed out in the .7s. Athletically, he moves with a purpose and, not surprisingly, with very high effort. Wilcox will make a college coach very happy in the near future.
