Very impressed with Banks improvement. Form is absolutely perfect in slow motion drills. Now, he just needs the confidence to have it the same in full speed snaps. Excellent worker and listens very well. The bigger he gets and the more confidence he holds, the better he will be. Great attitude.Banks has really improved his consistency. Always been good with his accuracy but now he is locking down his consistency as well. Form is solid and he is gaining confidence with his snapping. Excellent pop with the start of his snap. Like to see him to continue to use his legs and help that quickness become speed on the ball. Good improvement and it shows with a jump in the rankings. Excellent person. 4/12
Banks did well for his first camp. Little overwhelmed to start but relaxed and found a nice groove in the end. Not a giant, but I'll tell you what, he uses his frame nicely. Very solid use of his legs and arms. Strength will help immensely. Needs to make sure he is not turning around after each snap and leaning back. Throws a nice, tight spiral and he is accurate. Like his form a lot. With strength comes greatness.
