Will is one of those Long Snappers that, if he continues to work right and hard, will easily do well at the next level. Excellent frame that moves very well for his size. Hip flexibility is amazing on this big man. He is very, very close to being one of the premier Long Snappers within his class. Fine tuning his form to ensure it is smooth and all locked at the same time will move him way up the rankings. Vegas could be his coming out party. With all the pressure of that Event, how will he fair? I am hoping he works until then and flat out dominates. Great listener and person. Consistency is going to be a big thing I am going to check with Will in Vegas. Big thing. I want to see him snap hard and on target each time. He can do it. Easily.
Will is a lefty that is just about "there" with his Long Snapping. He has a perfect D1 frame for snapping and he moves very well. Listens like a champ and is very coacheable. Improves quickly. Needs to focus on using his whole body when he snaps to increase the speed and making sure he is not crushing the ball with his hands so he can always have a spiral. Very good kid.
