Lucy was flat out dominant all day at the Rubio Long Snapping Camp in NC. He has completely transformed his body, in a great way, and it is paying off with his snapping. Speed has never been an issue and now his is accurate and consistent as he is fast. Kid is definitely ready for the next level and Rutgers got a good one in Lucy.OFFER HIM NOW!!!
