Massive jump in the rankings for Loo after his solid performance at the Rubio Long Snapping Event in Las Vegas. Loo is built very strong and has great form. His timing of his legs is good and he snaps a good ball to catch. I need to see him make sure his head gets through, smoothly, with each and every snap to ensure a bit more speed and accuracy. He is very close to having it all click. Good footwork and he is a hardworker.
