Palacios is a very, very strong Long Snapper with a ton of potential. Might have some of the quickest and strongest hands in the country. Body is thick and solid. Really needs to just focus on his spiral. Once that is solid, he will move WAY, WAY up the ranks. When he is on, he is amazing. Needs to understand that consistency with his speed will make him epic in the world of Long Snapping. Tons of potential.
