Dakota is a transfer from Boise St. and a long time Rubio Long Snapper that absolutely lets the ball fly out of his hands. His ball actually picks up speed along the way. EASILY snaps at the D1 level for speed and will be the same with consistency and accuracy once he widens out his stance a tad to allow his upper half to get through. He is ready to snap in games very soon. If you need a transfer, grab him now.
