Austin Wheeler had a phenomenal day at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in Tennessee on April 6th, 2024. Austin was very consistent throughout the day. His starting form his perfect and he does a phenomenal job getting set in his stance and snapping the ball when he’s comfortable. Moves very well on his feet. His spiral is very tight and he snaps a very catchable ball. His speed times were very consistent throughout the day ranging in the mid .7’s which is phenomenal for his age. He has a really solid athletic build to him. Does a really good job of getting his legs locked out when he snaps and when he gets his upper body through when he snaps he is snapping a college level ball. Definitely a long snapper to keep an eye on at VEGAS XLI on May 4-5. VERY high 4 star!
