Canaan Uzel showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in TX on March 3, 2024. He has good starting form and his hands are quick. No wasted movement at all on Uzel, which is great since the defender can't jump his snap. When he is leaning back and more locking down his spiral, the ball slices through the wind with some solid speed back to the punter. Couple quick fixes will make Uzel one of the top Long Snappers in his class. I really like his aggression when he is snapping and I am excited to see it at VEGAS XLIV on May 4-5.
