Player Review
Carl had a solid day at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in New Jersey on December 17, 2023. He is a very raw snapper that has a ton of good qualities to build off of as he trains to become the best. Carl has extremely quick hands and a very efficient delivery. He does a great job of keeping his eyes through on the snap and finishing his hands deep. This is where his solid accuracy comes from. I would love to see Carl find a more powerful base pre snap. Right now, he is just little bit condensed with the ball just below his face. I would like for Carl to get the ball out in front of him a little bit more in order to create more length from ball to butt. This should help him achieve more power on his delivery as well as help sync up the timing between his lower and upper half. If he can lock this down and confidently rip the football to the punter, he is going to become scary good, very quick. I can't wait to Carl snap to his full potential at Vegas XLIII in January.
