Philip Kapp had a phenomenal day at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in IL on April 14th, 2024. Philip has improved tremendously since the last time I’ve seen him. Very hard working long snapper. His starting form is perfect and I love when he gets his weight back into his heels. His upper body is phenomenal and he does a great job getting everything back to the punter. Form is extremely smooth and when he starts getting his lower body involved he is easily going be snapping a college level ball. Spiral is very tight. Snaps a very catchable ball every time that any punter is going to love. Keep an eye on Philip at VEGAS XLIV on May 4-5. VERY high 4 star and right on the cusp of 4.5. Watch this kid in Vegas.
