Troy Phillips looked very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XLIII EVENT on January 13-14, 2024. Nice, long frame with room to put on some good lbs over the next couple of years. Great improvement since October in WA. Smooth Long Snapper with good form and his ball jumps well out of the gate. College level speeds and the ball picks up speed along the way. Moves well on his feet and the more he presses the gas with his snapping and athleticism, the more he will dominate in college. Great upside on Troy.
